The Ukrainians are gaining the upper hand through their strategy of ‘long-range sanctions’ on Russian oil. With this in mind we are preparing a Fall 2026 convoy with our UK partners.This mission will once again focus on the delivery of a DUST-sponsored pickup truck and cargo. The requested cargo remains focused on power generation. Portal diesel generators are needed to power mobile field hospitals and power to civilian facilities far behind the front line. Portable sine-wave generators are needed to power sensitive drone and surveillance equipment for search and rescue, route surveillance and evacuation. Ecoflow portable power packs are the preferred brand needed for defenders operating at or near the 0-line. The expected duration of the Ukrainian advantage is 6 months until Russian develops effective counter measures. The window of opportunity to capitalize on this advantage is short.
